A firm describing itself that way may well do bookkeeping, payroll and GST returns; the list simply does not say. Treat the dashes above as unanswered, not as noes, and ask them directly.

What the network membership means
Being part of an international network changes who a firm is built for. It buys reach — group reporting, cross-border tax, regulated and fund clients, and the capacity to sign off work that an island practice cannot.
It also sets the price floor. A sole trader or a five-person company is rarely who this kind of firm is structured for, and being turned down or quoted out of range is not a judgement on your business.
